POLICE are appealing for information after money was stolen from Upavon Village Store.
The incident happened at 5.35pm on Sunday when a man entered the shop in the High Street and was served at the till by a member of staff.
When he had finished being served he leant over the counter and grabbed some money from the till.
The man is described as in his mid-20s, of average build and height and wearing a black hooded top and grey jeans, with a scarf over half his face and gloves on his hands.
Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
