Derisible thinking

WHILE I deplore the waste of council tax payers' money, not to mention the loss of so many parking spaces by moving bus shelters in Wootton Bassett so soon after installation (Gazette December 8), I do find Coun Thomas' comments regarding "joined up thinking" derisible.

Is this the same Coun Thomas who unanimously voted at a town council meeting for an integrated policy only to vote, by a slight nod of the head, at a district council meeting for a unilateral policy in total disregard of her electorate's representations?
