I COMPLETELY agree with your reader Valerie Young on her views of not being able to use the local paper to find out what’s going on locally. I also miss that facility.
It is so important to be able to support local events and help those organisations who raise money, especially for charities.
Not all people use the internet, especially the older generation, so going online is not always an option. A crossword and one or two puzzles are fine, but we really don’t need pages full of them. Please bring back the What’s on page.
