CALNE continued to blaze a trail at the top of Dorset & Wilts Two North as a 31-15 success over Swindon College Old Boys 2nd maintained their flawless start from six matches.
Trailing to an early College penalty, Calne levelled with a kick of their own before Adam Young broke through for the opening converted try.
Liam Kearney's interception on halfway then set up scrum-half Daniel Treacy for a try and conversion, but the Old Boys stayed in touch with a converted score of their own.
With Calne dominating the scrummage in the second half, number eight Alan Wicks dived over from a close-range scrum for a converted try before College added their second try to stay within nine points.
But the win was sealed as Kearney capped a man-of-the-match display with his second try, the conversion wrapping up victory.
Calne chairman Chris Austin said: “We knew this would be a tough game, College are a strong side.
"This was a big test for us and we came through it with another bonus-point win. There is great togetherness at the club, we are playing well, and the guys are enjoying their rugby.''
Sutton Benger also boast a perfect record and are a point behind after their 17-10 success at Westbury, while Cricklade ended their wait for a first win as they edged out hosts Royal Wootton Bassett 3rd 16-14.
