CORSHAM missed out on a home league win by a single point for the second Lacock Road game in a row.
A drop goal two minutes from time handed Frome the spoils, after Corsham had made a fine start, with full-back Chris Bull carving through and finding Liam Snape for the first try, which Ollie Deane converted.
Frome hit back with a try on seven minutes but Corsham scored again 10 minutes later as wing Adam Draper ran in.
On the half-hour, centre Will Chivers jinked through the Frome defence to score, Deane adding the extras but Corsham went down to 14 men when Baz Bailey was sin-binned.
Frome took advantage to score an unconverted try just before half time.
In the second half, Frome eventually scored a converted try and Corsham’s two subsequent penalty misses porved costly when a 30 metre drop goal went over late on.
