CHIPPENHAM Moonraker club competitors took part in the first competition of the 2017 season, the Wiltshire Grades in Melksham.

At women’s Artistic Grade Three, Amber Nixon achieved a pass and team mates Madison Cox, Emily Clark and Hermione Ferris were highly commended.

Emmy Tayler was the standout Moonraker performer at Grade Three, achieving the grade with distinction and placing sixth overall.

At women’s Artistic Grade Two, Charlotte Foley was awarded a pass and at Grade One, Tamar Hibbert also achieved a pass, with Florrie Strange highly commended and sixth overall, Emily Draper also highly commended and fourth.

In the women’s Artistic Pre-Level division, Chloe Searle and Alannah Heneghan were both highly commended, Heneghan taking the bronze medal and Searle placing fourth.

For the boys, Jacob Faulkner was third overall at Grade Five, achieving a pass in his first competition for the club.

At Grade Four, Lenny Osler achieved a pass and placed fifth.
