RALLYDAY celebrates its 15th birthday at the Castle Combe circuit on Saturday, with a line-up of celebrities spanning decades of the sport on show.

The star attraction this year is the appearance of 1981 World Rally champion Ari Vatanen, with the Flying Finn on track in LAR 801P, the same Mk2 Escort that he used to win the 1976 British Rally Championship.

Vatanen will be joined by a host of other rally stars past and present, including Elfyn Evans and the M-Sport WRC team, Metro 6R4-star Harri Toivonen, former BRC champions David Higgins and Russell Brookes, plus Ukrainian rally ace Inessa Tushkanova and former co-driver-turned-presenter, Tony Mason.

All will be available to meet, greet and sign autographs, and most will be out on track aboard various machinery throughout the day. Expert in-depth commentary will be provided by Howard Davies and Tony Mason, who will participating in a public Q&A session.

The circuit itself will be transformed into a fast, challenging tarmac course - the Castrol Edge Feature Stage.

Showcasing 60 of the most iconic rally cars of all time, the stage will see drivers tackle the start-finish straight and a number of technical turns in front of thousands of spectators.

The day will also feature the Superpro Clubmans’ Stage - a mixed surface course that is likely to see cars at sideways angles.

Primarily for teams competing in a variety of national rally championships, a group of young up-and-coming drivers from the Junior 1000 Championship, a series specifically organised for 14-17 year olds, will take part.

The Cooper Tires 4x4 Rally Raid Zone will host off-road machines, primarily British Cross-Country specials.
