WOOTTON Bassett’s Prav Chahal retired unbeaten on 103 in his side’s winning draw against Swindon in U13 Division Two North.
Chahal’s knock and 55 not out from Sam Singha helped Bassett amass 265-1 and Swindon’s reply ended on 117-9, Rizwan Hanif leading the bowling with 2-10.
Sam Liles 50 helped Calne to 117-2 in reply to 156-6 from Shrivenham, the match ending in a winning draw.
Joshua Stanley hit 75 in Corsham’s 211-9 as they eased to a 158-run triumph over Malmesbury. Malmesbury were all out for 53 in reply.
In Division One, there were two wickets each for Will Pembroke, Ben Woods and Tom Sheppard as Cannings/Potterne wrapped up a six-wicket victory over Burbage.
Matthew Milne made 27 in Burbage’s 85-7, but Sam Thurlow’s 40 helped Cannings to their target, despite 3-7 in 2.3 overs from Herb Berridge.
