THE boys did really well on Saturday and, to be honest, I don’t think we could’ve asked for much tougher in terms of the draw for the next round of the FA Cup.

It’s great that we’re at home and it should be a good occasion because Woking will bring a few fans with them.

We’ve got a 50 per cent record against Conference South teams in the last few years – we beat Havant (& Waterlooville) but lost to Farnborough last year, so hopefully we can better that record.

You could look at it as if we’re underdogs but I feel that if we do the right things and play well, then we can match any side we face.

The FA Cup always adds that extra bit of spice and the lads are always told the strengths and weaknesses of the sides they’re facing, so they’ll be prepared.

That game is sandwiched inbetween matches against Hemel Hempstead and Leamington and we know the game with Hemel this Saturday is a massive one.

They’ve improved their fortunes a lot recently and they’ll come to us to have a go.

Their manager Colin Payne is very attack minded and, at the back, they’ve got Matty McEntergart, who always defends with his life like he did when he was at Chippenham.

We’re hoping that things are starting to take shape for us now and we can get the competition back for the players who’ve been in the team so far.

Greg Tindle is back and he’ll definitely be involved for us this weekend because he’s an important player and we look more rigid with him at the back.

Aaron Wilson is back, Scotty Lye’s played two games in a row and Kye Holly has been back in training this week.

Iain Harvey is still missing with his hamstring but Lewis Powell looks like he’ll have a bit of time out with a knee injury.

It’s pleasing to have lads coming back from injury who’ll be able to push for places and hopefully it can help us get on a decent run of form.

A win this weekend would give us that bit of confidence.
