Mark Love's in-form side will go to Premier Division Brislington or Hallen, if they can see off top-flight Downers.
Calne Town can book a home tie with either Keynsham Town or Bishop Sutton if they defeat Bristol Manor Farm on Tuesday.
No date has yet been scheduled for the third round matches.
