ASSISTANT boss Graham Learmonth thinks Corsham’s form has suffered due to a lack of consistent games.
Town have only been in action three times since the start of the year and were beaten by their local rivals and league leaders at Southbank on Saturday.
After a goalless first half, ex-Corsham midfielder Jamie Lyons gave Larkhall the lead with a spectacular overhead kick before ex-Melsksham Town man Nat Auckland grabbed a second late on.
“I think it’s the stop-start nature of the season that’s meant that we haven’t been able to get going,” said Learmonth.
“We had a good win against Sherborne (on January 26) and were looking forward to the next game with Dawlish but that got called off.
“Larkhall were a good side but the conditions were awful and it didn’t really help either side.”
Dan King, Gary Blackwood, Ross Lye and Aaron Ledgister are all missing for this weekend’s trip to Barnstaple.
