Calne coach Richard Kearney hit out at his side after a lifeless display in their 51-6 thrashing at Cooper Avon Tyres.
Hosts Cooper Avon Tyers ran Calne ragged on Saturday but it was the nature of defeat which left Kearney angry.
"I don't think the lads were up for it, there was a bit of naivety when it came to tactics and we didn't play the game we should have done against a good side," he said.
"If we play well and lose I can accept that, but the performance on Saturday was far from it and that is the disappointing thing."
Kearney is promising changes for Saturday's trip to Bradford on Avon. "We will see the people who care about their position and whether they want to play."
