DEPLETED Devizes included four 17-year-old Colts in their line-up as they lost out to their county rivals.
Fly-half Guy Davies, winger Sam Jones, and flankers Alex Pattle and Jack Dixon were all included, Dixon and Jones starting.
The home side were pinned back in the early stages as conditions made life difficult for both sides.
Trowbridge scored two converted tries to take the lead, but Dixon’s turnover enabled centres Corbin Turner and Tom Scott-Kelly to combine for the former to touch down before half time.
Three further Trowbridge tries wrapped the win for the visitors, but Scott-Kelly hit the line at pace to score a second try, which was converted, for the home side.
