Football fan Patrick Joseph Delaney, who spent most of his life in Bradford on Avon, died on October 31 in hospital in Coventry, aged 63, after suffering from kidney failure.
Mr Delaney, who was more commonly known as Pat, was born on April 9, 1951.
He grew up in Iford and Bradford on Avon, attending Freshford Primary School. He was born with spina bifida.
His first job was at Unigate in Trowbridge. As the eldest of three brothers, he later worked alongside his brothers, Michael and Nicholas, at the Peradin factory in Freshford.
When the company moved to Trowbridge 11 years ago, he moved too.
He and his first wife Caroline had three children, John, Steven and Sarah.
He married his second wife Janet on St Patrick’s Day in 2012. His funeral will be held at West Wiltshire Crematorium in Semington today at 1.45pm.
