Great Western Railway says that a number of its westbound services have been affected by flooding on the line this afternoon.
Trains were unable to run between Swindon and Chippenham as well as Bristol Parkway.
Services between Swindon and Gloucester were also affected as a result of a landslide, but services are still able to run from Gloucester to Swindon.
- Network Rail workers have since been on the scene and cleared the line.

Because of a landslip services are unable to run from Swindon towards Gloucester. Services are still able to run from Gloucester to Swindon.

All lines are now open between Swindon & Chippenham/Bristol Parkway. Services towards Swindon will run at a reduced speed due to flooding.
