UPAVON will be temporarily without a post office after the High Street shop where it is located is undergoing a refit until next Friday.
The store and post office will be closed for shop fitting work and new flooring to be carried out until March 17.
Improvements to the store have been supported by a grant from the Post Office Community Fund.
The Post Office grant is part of a £20million national investment scheme available to 3,000 crucial community Post Office branches, where there is no other retailer who could operate a post office within half a mile.
During the refit alternative branches include the Netheravon Post Office, London House Stores, High Street, Netheravon, SP4 9PJ and the Pewsey Post Office, North Street, Pewsey, SN9 5ET.
The store closed on Monday.
