POLICE are seeking information about a Tesco ram-raid in Marlborough.
The raid took place on Friday night at the Salisbury Road store, but the information about this was not released to the public until 4pm yesterday.
Dave McCalmont, of the Wiltshire East Community Policing Team, said that thieves gained entry to the store after using a vehicle to ram their way inside, but what was stolen and how much was taken is not known at present.
A Tesco spokesman said: "A burglary took place at our Marlborough Superstore on Salisbury Road overnight on February 3rd and we are assisting police with their inquiries."
Anyone with information should call 101.
