Organisers of the Marlborough LitFest have a date for bookworms’ diaries as the popular festival rolls back into town from October 2 to 4.
First confirmed authors include award-winning novelist and poet Helen Dunmore, historical biographer and novelist Alison Weir, as well as the broadcaster and journalist, Bidisha.
Now in its sixth year, the festival attracted record numbers of at last year’s event and the line up in 2015 is set to be just as strong.
The programme is currently being put together with a diverse selection of speakers throughout the festival weekend, featuring children’s authors, workshops, new and young fiction writers, crime writing authors and poetry events.
