Police sealed off the Devizes Car Centre in New Park Street
POLICE sealed off the Devizes Car Centre in New Park Street.
It is believed a number of officers arrived at the car wash and sealed the entrance and exit on Tuesday afternoon while staff were spoken to.
A police spokesman said: "A section 18 search is currently being carried out at the Devizes Car Centre. Officers attended shortly before 3pm. This is ongoing."
A section 18 search allows police to enter a premises before any arrests are made.
Two weeks ago police were called to the car wash after worker Valentin Bogdfan Paraschivl from Romania was shot in the leg by someone apparently using an air rifle.
Mr Paraschivl, who does not speak English, was living in a caravan at the back of the car wash with five other workers.
