A MAN who is accused of a sex attack and a serious assault has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Roberto Spriuc pleaded not guilty to sexual assault and attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent to the same woman.
And the 40-year-old, who needed a Romanian interpreter for the hearing at Swindon Crown Court, also denied wounding a man with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
All three matters are said to have taken place at Cannings Hill Garage on Horton Road, Devizes, on Saturday June 20.
Spriuc, who gave the garage as his address to the court, appeared by video link from Bullingdon Prison.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Monday, December 14, and remanded Spriuc in custody until then.
