IT has been ten years since ABC Nursery in Corsham opened its doors so staff and children held a tea party to celebrate.

There was birthday cake, balloons and a teddy bear for all the children and staff, as well as a spot of Zumba for youngsters.

Nursery manager Tina Thomson said: “They had a whale of a time.

“They absolutely loved it.”

The children were indulged in party food including pizza, sausages and jelly and ice cream.

Owner Kim Drew said she was thrilled with the success of the nursery over the last decade.

She said: “We are all about listening to parents and our reputation is growing.

“Families do return to us, which is lovely to see.

“Our new motto is ‘small enough to care and big enough to cope’.”
