A 42-YEAR-OLD Chippenham man has been arrested on suspicion to supply class A drugs following a drugs warrant.
Officers executed the warrant at 9am on Friday (October 7) at an address in the Oate Hill area.
A quantity of cash, scales and mobile phones were located and seized from a bedroom, as well as a quantity of suspected class A drugs.
A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Sergeant Gareth Edwards said: “Community intelligence can play a vital part in the execution of warrants like this one, which led to the seizure of suspected class A drugs and the arrest of one man.
“We take all reports of drug activity seriously and will always act on the information we receive.
“We continue to be proactive in our attempts to reduce drug activity within our neighbourhoods and would encourage anyone with information regarding drugs to contact police on 101.
