A MAN who is accused of repeatedly assaulting a woman is to face trial by judge and jury.
Lee Knight pleaded not guilty to actual bodily harm and three counts of common assault, when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
And the 45-year-old also denied a charge of putting a person in fear of violence through harassment in relation to the same woman and also assaulting a man.
Knight, of Luckett Way, Calne, is accused of assaulting the woman in April last year, occasioning her actual bodily harm.
He is then said to have assaulted her in April, July and August, allegedly assaulting the man on the last occasion.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case for a trial on Tuesday March 29 and released Knight on bail until then.
