Traffic chaos after crash in Devizes town centre
Traffic chaos came to Devizes town centre at lunchtime today after a two car crash in Long Street outside the town's museum.
The road was blocked for nearly an hour after the crash at around 1pm. Police and two ambulances were called to the scene.
An elderly lady needed treatment and eventually the road was claeared after breakdown lorries pulled the cars apart.
The traffic chaos was made worse by cars coming into the Market Place and then trying to turn left from the parking area into St John's Street.
