The funerals of the three teenage friends who died on New Year’s Eve will take place over a five day period next week.

The first funeral will be that of Frankie Bowyer, 16, on Tuesday, followed by Jamie Walker on Thursday and George Forester on Saturday.

Frankie’s funeral will be at St Andrew’s Church at 11.30am.

All friends and family attending are asked to wear bright colours and odd socks, and will be invited back to the Gladstone Arms afterwards.

Two days later friends of Jamie will be welcomed to the funeral service at 11.30am at St Andrew’s Church.

Some have been given blue ties for the funeral to pay respect to the Leeds fan, as his favourite tie was light blue.

There will also be a collection for the Wiltshire Air Ambulance at the service, and friends are being asked to give donations rather than flowers.

Sports-mad George’s funeral will be at 11.30am on January 29 at St Andrew’s Church.

Everyone who knew him is welcome to attend, with his best friends donning leather jackets and Lyle and Scott polo shirts in tribute to the teenager.

Mum Jacqui Forester, of Tudor Close, said: “George loved his leather jacket, so some of his friends will be wearing them with polo shirts for his funeral.”

A minute’s silence was held for the boys before Chippenham Town’s game on Saturday.
