After the disappointment of its inaugral Moviola film night, Calne Council is hoping for more success with its next showing this weekend.
It will be showing two films – The Secret of the Kells and The American – through the day at the Beversbrook Sports Centre, where there will be a licensed bar available.
Town clerk Linda Roberts said: “While it is disappointing that the first showing at Big Screen Beversbrook was not as well attended as hoped, I am optimistic that numbers will increase once the word has spread about what a fantastic venue the community hall is for Calne’s latest innovation.”
