The Beaufort Hunt met at Pyke Boarding Kennels, Sherston where a large crowd enjoyed the generous hospitality of Mrs Kitty Goddard and Mrs Angela Stanley. Two cheques of £750 each were presented at the meet on November 20.
One was to Athelstan House Amenities in Malmesbury which cares for the elderly and those who are suffering from dementia.
The other cheque was given to the Watershed Riding for the Disabled which offers riding for adults or children with moderate physical or learning disabilities. The donation came from the proceeds of the popular Beaufort Hunt Supporters Club Horse Show which is held each year at Badminton.
