Saturday, November 6: Nine postmen and women will be undertaking a marathon effort by running the equivalent of six marathons on a treadmill at Devizes Leisure Centre. They will take it in turns to go the distance within 24 hours, starting at 7pm.
Saturday, November 6: The Wellbeing Clinic, London Road, Marlborough, is holding a pamper day from 10am to 4.30pm. Therapies on offer include massage, Reiki, Indian head massage, facials, sand readings and reflexology. Treatments are £20 per half an hour, bookable on (01672) 513583.
Friday, November 12: Three mums who love to dance have organised a disco at the Corn Exchange in Devizes. Those attending are encouraged to dress up as a hero. Tickets are £12 in advance. Email members@desperatedancers.com for more information.
Saturday, November 20: The four Rotary Clubs of Swindon are organising the fourth annual Last Night of the Proms at the Wyvern Theatre.
