Three people were taken to hospital after a crash involving three vehicles near Seend on Monday morning.

Police closed Bollands Hill after a Volkswagen van, travelling towards the A365, collided with a Renault Megane and a Citroen van coming in the other direction at a humpback bridge.

All three emergency services attended the scene after receiving 999 calls at 8.40am.

Three men, understood to be the drivers of the three vehicles, were all taken to hospital.

They have suspected neck injuries.

The silver Renault ended up in a ditch and the Volkswagen came to rest in the hedgerow on the far side of the road.

Police are investigating the incident.
