I RECENTLY attended an NHS dentist, and during my treatment the dentist answered her mobile phone twice!
The second time she actually continued working on my teeth, with the phone tucked under her chin!
I would like to complain directly to the surgery but am concerned that they will strike me off their practice or (even worse) subject me to treatment with no (or little) anaesthetic the next time I attend.
