MY council tax bill arrived this morning. It is for £903.32.
How much of this will be wasted on stupid ideas like putting the Swindon Borough Council logo on the Downs or trying, against the wishes of virtually everyone I've ever spoken to about it, to become a city?
Why do I suspect a good percentage?
