SO here we are, in an affluent part of Britain where everyone is enjoying a good lifestyle, and yet children seem to have nothing better to do than destroy everything graffiti, litter , mugging, damaging vehicles.
The parents of these mindless morons should be held responsible.
It is for all of us to help bring them before the courts and make the parents pay.
