But we believe she is right to say pushers' profits should be removed from the equation.
Swindon council's drugs expert Jennie Harmston is equally correct saying that drugs are a health issue.
Whether the majority agree with them or not, it can't be denied that we should be studying other countries' methods of handling their drugs problems.
