WILTSHIRE play their second warm up match of this season against Hampshire 2nd XI at Southampton today and on Sunday play their first match in the 38 County Cup against the Somerset Cricket Board X1 at Chippenham (11am start).

Wiltshire will be captained in both matches by Russell Rowe in the absence of the injured Steve Perrin.

Perrin, who has a foot injury, picked up while playing football for Forest Green Rovers, hopes to be fit for the second match in the 38 County Cup on May 19 away to Cornwall.

Wiltshire bring in the Knowle off spinner Jamie Rendall for the match against Hampshire for his debut.

Apart from Perrin and Richard Bedbrook, last season's leading wicket taker who suffered an injury playing in Australia in the winter and who hopes to be fit by the middle of June, Wiltshire have been able to select from a full strength squad for the match against the Somerset Cricket Board.
