A woman from Swindon is due to appear before the Nurses Conduct Committee in London tomorrow.
Lesley Ann Guttridge, 49, a registered general nurse, is accused of four offences of misconduct at the Cotswold Nursing and Residential Home in Burford.
Two of the offences relate to inappropriate behaviour, one of rough handling and one of an inappropriate manner when feeding a patient.
