LET'S face it, you either approve of the Royal Family or you do not.
And if you do, then the next few weeks are going to be the highlight of your year lots of pomp, ceremony and a plentiful supply of street parties to celebrate the Queen's Golden Jubilee despite the astronomical cost of hosting the events.
Even if you are not a fan of the Windsors, then at least in Swindon you are not going to be ignored. An anti-monarchist group is hosting an event entitled Never Mind the Jubilee Let's Party.
Whatever your views, one thing is for sure, this summer will be filled with fun events proving that life would be a lot more dull if we did not have a Queen.
