ROBERT Turner hit a quickfire 60 as Goatacre registered a seven-wicket win at Lydney to continue their winning start to the 2002 season.
Chasing the home side's target of 148, the visitors began well with openers Turner and Kevin Iles taking the attack to the Lydney opening pair.
Although dropped twice, Iles hit some big shots before he was bowled for 27 with the score at 72 in the 13th over.
Gee followed for one, but Turner was by now into his stride and reached 60 from 49 balls before being trapped lbw with the score on 100.
Adam Iles batted sensibly and, together with a useful 39 not out from the free-scoring Peter Turner, guided the visitors to victory by seven wickets.
Earlier Iles had finished with figures of four for 13 off 11 miserly overs to help dismiss the home side for 148 in the final over.
