FOLLOWING their acquisition of Bewley House in Chippenham, South West property firm HPH has appointed George & Harding Construction Ltd to carry out extensive refurbishment work.
The project is set to transform Bewley House in Marshfield Road into modern, flexible, open plan office accommodation by August.
A complete overhaul of the interior and exterior of the building will last four months and cost more than £1 million.
Once completed Bewley House will provide in excess of 18,000 sq ft of office accommodation, 4,000 sq ft of secure storage space and generous on-site parking.
HPH managing director, Lindsay Holdoway, said: "The work will restore Bewley House to one of Chippenham's main landmark buildings intended to attract a major new occupier to the town."
