Purton's poor start to the season continued with an eight-wicket home defeat against Red Marley on Saturday.
Purton elected to bat on a good dry wicket but managed just 133-6, with only Booth (53) and Ben Collier (29) making decent contributions.
But Red Marley wasted no time in racing to an eight wicket victory in the 23rd over as Purton batting order collapsed.
