COLLECTORS of stamps and old picture postcards are being invited along to a major collectors' fair in Saltford this month.
The Bristol and Bath Festival of Stamps and Postcards is set to take place on Saturday June 15 at the Saltford Hall, The Broadway.
The festival showcases some of the region's finest rare stamps and postcards.
The event will run from 10am until 4pm and admission is 80p.
Organiser Rikki Hyde said the fair will be of tremendous interest to fans and the curious alike.
He said: "The fair is always eagerly awaited by enthusiasts from all over the area who gather to exchange, buy and sell stamps and old picture postcards for their collection and to talk about their hobby.
"Absolutely anyone interested in collecting stamps or old picture postcards is welcome to come along."
Mr Hyde said that along with thousands of items, including the rare 1840 Penny Black, which was the world's first postage stamp, there will be an opportunity for visitors to have their collections valued for free.
