POLICE have been examining closed circuit television footage in a bid to catch the thief who stole a DVD player worth £90 from the Asda store in West Swindon.
Officers have identified a male on the tape that they wish to contact regarding the theft, which happened on Tuesday, March 5.
Police say they need him to come forward as soon as possible.
A police spokesman said: "Officers would like to speak to the male in order that he can be eliminated from their inquiries."
The man is asked to contact PC Tim Lundy of Swindon Police on Swindon 528111.
Alternatively, anyone who is aware of the identity of the man or who has any more information regarding the incident can contact Crimestoppers on 800 555111.
