DEVELOPER Foinavon has said there is a real threat the development of the former Ushers site in Trowbridge may not go ahead.
Development director, Paul Bench, said the Capitalis Vision for Trowbridge is delaying an could even destroy plans to transform the site into a retail, leisure and commercial complex.
He said: "Foinavon have far more than a 'vision' for the Ushers site. We have a realistic plan, which is ready and waiting to begin as soon as planning permission is granted."
Mr Bench is urging people to write to West Wiltshire District Council to make their views known if they want the development to go ahead.
