TWO partners from the acclaimed Goldworthy's Hairdressing in Swindon, have reached the finals of the British Hairdresser of the Year Awards.
Julian Clarke is one of six finalists of the 2002/3 Wales and South West Regional Award, in his first attempt at the title.
Julian said: "This is acknowledged as one of the toughest regions to enter and to put it mildly, I am extremely pleased."
Prior to the grand final to be held in the Grosvenor House Hotel, Mayfair, London, Julian now has to submit further samples of his work.
Steven Goldworthy, also of Goldworthy's Hairdressing, has reached the finals of British Colour Technician of the Year Awards after successfully winning the regional title the maximum three times.
Steven said: "To be a finalist in this is another targeted ambition come true."
Goldworthy's salon is in Catherine Street, Swindon.
