THE first person to be given an anti-social behaviour order in North Wiltshire has been arrested for breaching it just days after it was issued. Christopher White, 14, from Queens Avenue, Highworth, was arrested yesterday for breaching the conditions of the order placed by Swindon magistrates on July 24.

The boy had admitted to the court engaging in anti-social acts, including causing a nuisance on school premises when he was expelled, causing harassment to local shopkeepers and residents and even taking a dog from a garden and threatening to harm it with a hammer.

The former Warneford School pupil was banned from parts of Highworth and given a night-time curfew. He will appear before magistrates on Monday charged with breaching the order.
