ROBERT Smith, 22, of Home Farm, Highworth, has been fined £100 with £35 costs after admitting driving a Vauxhall Cavalier on Fleming Way in March without the proper driving licence and with a defective tyre.
Magistrates made the penalty payable within 14 days.
