Moto Grand Prix superstar Valentino Rossi is to take part in the final round of the 2002 World Rally Championship, the Network Q Rally of Great Britain from November 14 to 17, with backing from Michelin and Total.
The motorcycle racer will drive a customer specification version of the triple World Championship winning Peugeot 206 WRC, prepared and run by the specialist Italian outfit Grifone. Co-driver will be the experienced Carlo Cassina, 41, who has previously guided two-times World Rally Champion Miki Biasion to victory.
