WHEN Cravenplan Computers of Swallowcliffe exhibited at an agricultural show in Dorset last year, they had no idea of the impact they had on one visitor to their stand.

Andrew Mitchell is a consultant helping companies maximise the benefits of online communications in order to reduce operating costs and increase sales.

He first heard of Cravenplan at the show and had a client in Hampshire who wanted to increase visits to his website.

While he was researching the web for expertise in search engine optimization, Cravenplan kept coming up, which confirmed to him that it had the skills his client needed and business followed.

Mr Mitchell attended one of the seminars that Cravenplan runs from its premises and stayed on to talk to managing director Chris Stanbury.

The outcome was that he has joined Cravenplan as business development manager for west Wiltshire and Somerset.

Mr Mitchell said: " I am delighted to be working with Cravenplan because they have the expertise and knowledge so essential in a web design company."
