BRADFORD & Bingley in Salisbury is hosting a mortgage advice day on May 10.
The branch in Butcher Row will be open from 9am to 4pm offering advice on all types of mortgage.
Branch manager Irene Holt said: "People can walk in and we will have advisers here all day. The day is for people thinking of changing their mortgage, potential house purchasers or anybody with any type of mortgage question."
She said Bradford & Bingley did not just offer its own mortgages.
"We can offer a choice of hundreds and hundreds of products, so we can ensure we find one to suit the customer," she said.
The branch's normal customer service will run from 9am to 12pm.
