FIRE officers have cleared the A417 road near Lechlade, 24-hours after a refrigerated lorry containing unstable acetylene gas crashed into a ditch.
In keeping with standard procedures, the lorry was left for 24 hours to allow the gas to stabilise before it was removed.
The driver of the lorry was not injured in the accident.
