DARREN Hajul and James Bruce of revolutionary boy band Most Wanted are two more ambitious youngsters whose success is focussing attention on their home town.
Since Diana Dors first boarded a train to fame Swindon has produced an impressive number of entertainers who sang their first notes, spoke their first lines and danced their first steps here.
Among them are Justin Hayward, Gilbert O'Sullivan, Billie Piper, Rick Davies of Supertramp and Andy Partridge of XTC. So good luck to the new boys.
